Synopsis

An alcoholic mystery writer decides to pay a visit to a supposedly haunted hotel room, when he arrives the manager of the hotel tells him some truly bizarre stories about people that have entered the room. He says nobody has lasted longer than 60 minutes in the room before having to check out.

Description of Mike Enslin:

Mike Enslin was once an esteemed writer of horror novels, now he’s doing conventions for less than a handful of people. He believes the 1408 room is nothing more but fairytales, but after experiencing multiple supernatural encounters, even one with his own deceased daughter, he can’t stand it anymore, and decides to take his own life.
