Synopsis

Twenty-five years after season 4, Clay Jensen became struck with brain cancer. As his family helps Clay recover, Clay's children delve into their father's teenage past and learn how their names meant so much to him while informing Clay's long-ago disbanded high school friends.

Description of Zach Dempsey (Middle Aged Self):

After graduating from Liberty, Zach attends the Berklee College of Music, majoring in guitar and voice. He managed to make amends with his mom. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, he coached the Liberty football team and became the choral director of Liberty's choir program. Under his coaching, Zach has 15 Championship titles as a coach for Liberty. He kept in touch with Chloe but has a few feelings for her. He's currently engaged to Mikaela, his classmate from Berklee.
