Early 30s, unemployed, and still reeling from his breakup with his girlfriend, Amberly, that occurred seven years ago, whom has already moved on and is mothering two children now. Millicent, however, sees an opportunity when he steals the wallet of recently murdered Drake Quaite in the subways of Chicago. Looking surprisingly similar to him, he adopts his persona, becoming an eccentric billionaire who, though with well-intentions, provokes the Colombian Mafia, the Russian government, corrupt Mayor Horatio Diaz, and rival businessman and assassin of the original Quaite, Jane Cohen.
