i got a feeling that those accounts are also connected to this one account named rialryan2005 (https://www.mycast.io/profiles/30640/username/rialryan2005). they seem to vote yes on any of his suggestions

Hello, we recently started enforcing email verification to help prevent fake accounts. Users will not be able to vote more than 5 times until they have verified their email address. Apart from requiring a unique email address to register, there is not much else we can do to prevent duplicate accounts unfortunately. Thanks for using myCast!
