My email notifications for this site aren’t working

The promotions section? May you explain where I can find it?

If you use Gmail, there are three sectors on there. On your left is the Primary mail, the middle is Social mail (for YouTube and stuff) and the one on the very right is Promotions. Click the Promotions one

I sadly only use Apple Mail

I use Gmail and I tried that but for some reason the MyCast notifications still aren’t listed there.

Maybe it’s just this website. Because I’m getting emails from other websites, but here
