Main photo doesn't shown

Reporting an error is useless now, so I'm going to create another topic. Now the main photo doesn't shown on profile after uploading. For example, https://www.mycast.io/talent/martin-alexander-colton

Also, whenever I delete old default photo, it stays in person's page
