The now infamous dawnmedrek account is posting pics of random internet celebrities and claiming to be them. Reverse image searches have deconfirmed this, and she even lied about being from Canada, she's actually Spanish.
Identity theft is not a joke.
You know she could probably just know how to speak Spanish and is from Canada.
