It feels annoying trying to refresh after adding a character, it was pretty annoying that I had the unintentional mistake of adding two Mary Janes in my Web of Spider-Man story

In the recent case, I added a character role. But when I refresh the page (or get back to the main story's page after casting a suggestion), it's not there and I have to get out of the story and get back in there afterwards for it to show up.
