Someone has recreantly been spamming ads for stories. And there is no option to reports those stories.

It seems like the problem has been taken care of, for now.
Hello, i'm a mod here. this has been going on for a year. There were spammer accounts who spammed these ad stories, supposedly for the intention to scam users of this site. Most of the ones you mentioned have been taken down, but that's the only thing the admins/mods can do for now, as there has yet to be a way that will prevent spammers like these from invading the site.
