First appeared in Legends of the Dark Claw #1 in 1996 and was created by Larry Hama and Jim Balent. Sparrow is an Amalgam of Marvel's Jubilee and either DC's Tim Drake or Carrie Kelley. Jubilation Lee's parents were killed by metamutant-hunting robots called Sentinels. She ran away and encountered Dark Claw, shortly after, and saved him from death with her powers. Dark Claw subsequently took her as his sidekick known as Sparrow.
