Leandra Rodrigues Leal Braz e Silva (Rio de Janeiro, September 8, 1982) is a Brazilian actress, author, director, producer and singer. she started in theater at the age of seven and on television at the age of eight, when she participated in the last episode of the soap opera Pantanal, in which her mother also worked. Between 1994 and 1996 she was in the youth tv series Confissões de Adolescente, on TV Cultura, playing Mariana, initially a rival of the character Carol and later one of her best friends. At the same time, in 1995, she was in Explode Coração with the character Yanka, a gypsy who falls in love with her older sister's suitor. She was awarded nationally and internationally, at just 13 years old, for her performance in A Ostra e o Vento, her first film, where she starred alongside great actors, such as Lima Duarte and Fernando Torres. In the film, she took on the role of a girl who fell in love with the wind.
