Fan Casting Rika Chen in Power Rangers High Noon

Leah's best friend at Golden Falls High School and head of the cheerleading squad. Though Rika may act like a stereotypical airheaded Asian girl, she is way more perceptive than she lets on, which leads her to suspect that Leah may be hiding something and her new friends are more than they seem. She slowly develops a crush on the Red Ranger as well. During the final battle against the New United Alliance of Evil, Stephanie would become deputized as the Light Blue High Noon Ranger.
