Character Description
The stodgy and stolid dean of Golden Falls University. Nothing seems to faze this guy, whether monster attacks or the Power Rangers morphing to defend the city from evil. While he doesn't want to admit it, Michaels is grateful that Golden Falls has Power Rangers protecting it again, as he grew up hearing stories of his ancestor working as the Green Ranger alongside Sheriff Gerald Phoenix.
