Stockiel "Stocking" Anarchy[5] (アナーキー・ストッキング Anākī Sutokkingu) is the titular co-protagonist of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. She is an angel and is the younger of the Anarchy Twins[6]. She and her sister are the princesses of Heaven who first made their debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity".
