Set in the adjacent timeline of my own DCU. Set in 2013. Details James Gordon Jr's dismantling of the Rouges, and neither the Streak nor the Devil can stop him. James Jr doesn't like the Rogues, he doesn't think they're worthy of being the Streak's villains, let alone his arch-enemies.
