Character Description
The Queen of the Water Sprites is an immortal and the ruler of the water sprites. Her beautiful form is clear as crystal, but continually drips water and her low, clear voice sounds like raindrops splashing on a window pane. She was also part of the Council of Immortals that bestowed upon Santa Claus the Mantle of Immortality after being told his story by the Great Ak.
