This spinoff movie is about the untold origin story of the Mixels and their arch nemesis the Nixels featuring the life of a elemental leader named Flain about how he became the newest member of the master builders and save the LEGO Multiverse when Flain’s home world the Mixelverse started to collide with the home world of Emmet Brickowski thanks to the Nixel invasion led by King Nixel a manipulative tyrant who wants to put the Mixels on the brink of extinction and conquer the LEGO Multiverse by ruining anything fun and creative and forcing everyone to live in a world where everything is in black and white because many years ago the Maximum Mixel who is the benevolent creator of the Mixelverse and all its inhabitants wanted to figure out a way to increase the power of the Mixels in order to help the Mixels bring color diversity and mixing to their world so that the Mixels can live harmony then the Maximum Mixel created the Cubit which is one of the most powerful bricks in the LEGO Multiverse that allows the Mixels to combine their powers and protect their world from the Nixels who hated the Mixels and king Nixel wanted to steal the Cubit he believed that he could corrupt its power in order to bring all the Negativity to the LEGO Multiverse so king Nixel can build his Empire and become the king of the LEGO Multiverse Flain and the Mixels must team up with Emmet Brickowski in order to revert the Nixel Invasion and save the LEGO Multiverse from the black and white menace
