  • paulcoolman Idk why, but can you please explain kindly to me how he could play Popeye?

    • siddarthsid   @oscarpacino I think Damon has the chops to play a aggressive, foul-mouthed cop (kinda similar to his role in the Departed, only this time he's the good guy). I do like Cranston as Popeye, but he's a tad too old for the role in 2011 ; I doubt if he'd be able to pull off some of the high-octane action scenes in the movie, like the railway station chase.
