Description of Senator Del Varthan:
A colleague of Cassandra Warrick in the Imperial Senate and a former member of the Delegation of 2000. He is among the individuals who views the Warrick Report, and after viewing it, resigns from the Senate in disgust. His resignation is retroactively seen as one of the first "official" acts of rebellion against the Empire.
