Description of Darius Franklin (Delphin):
African-American man who makes a living as a fisherman in San Francisco. Finds an unconscious and wounded Kara, nurses her back to health, and forms a close bond with her that soon becomes romantic. Comes to share her powers after a kiss or bite. Can communicate with and attract dolphins.
