Synopsis

Set in the world of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, Batman continues to fight crime in Gotham despite being hunted down by the police, who believe the vigilante responsible for the death of Harvey Dent. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne struggles to decide whether the city still needs Batman. A new detective named E. Nigma attempts to bring down the crusader once and for all by interviewing people he has allegedly interacted with following Dent's passing. Nigma files these events as "The Nine Unconfirmed Sightings of The Batman".

Description of Mr. Freeze/Victor Fries:

A Daggett Industries employee who was fired after he was caught using the companies resources to find a cure for his dying wife, Nora. The experiment results in an explosion that kills Nora and leaves Victor unable to survive above sub-zero temperatures. Donning a freeze-suit made for Nora, Fries seeks vengeance on Daggett who he considers responsible for her death.
