Fan Casting Teen Titans vs Suicide Squad (Animated Film)

The Teen Titans are willing to stop the Suicide Squad from recruiting a powerful young metahuman called Bolt to the team because it means for the young girl to be a prisoner of Amanda Waller, while the former billionaire Maxwell Lord decides to take revenge on Amanda Waller by recruiting Waller's First Suicide Squad (Lobo, Johnny Sorrow, Doctor Polaris, Rustam and Emerald Empress) to take on the child so then Lord can use Bolt's powers to create a powerful weapon and have the perfect world that he always wanted in his point of view (which means that there will be a lot of damage and casualties), will the young superheroes and the murdering supervillains get well along or will they fight each other to decide the fate of the young metahuman? But wait, the Joker will also be involved into this freak show as well, so you better watch out.
