n the grim Gotham City, Robin, a young and ambitious hero, dreams of assembling his own team to fight crime. He recruits Cyborg, a mechanical genius with a cybernetic body, Beast Boy, a young shapeshifter with incredible strength, and Raven, a mysterious and powerful girl who wields dark magic. But to complete the roster, they need Starfire, a princess from the planet Tamaran, who possesses strength and fire. Meanwhile, the mercenary Deathstroke, one of the most dangerous villains in the world, is putting together his own team: Gizmo, an inventor with dangerous gadgets, Mammoth, a massive mutant with incredible strength, Jinx, a manipulator with charisma, C-Mor, a sea monster, and Billy Numerous, a mathematical genius who can manipulate numbers. Their goal: to take over Gotham and establish their own "order."
