After the riots in Arkham Asylum, Mayor and ex-warden Quincy Sharp and Professor Hugo Strange have created Arkam City: A wall-surrounded zone in Gotham City in which all the criminals are put in, just to be eventually killed. Chaos and violence reign over the streets, but there is one man who will put everything in order: Batman.
