"You're My Hero" is the end credits theme for the Sega Saturn/PC version of Sonic 3D Blast. It is interesting to note that the song is from the perspective of one of the entrapped Flickies that Sonic has saved on his adventure. This song is remixed instrumentally in Sonic Generations. It is played during some Challenge Act missions. The instrumental remix from Sonic Generations plays on the title screen in Sonic Speed Simulator (except for a three-week period after the Release Shadow event debuted), and after the Symphony Showdown event it is unlocked in the music player by default.
