Osmond Storleer "Ozzie" Otter is the main protagonist of the series. He is a feisty 7-year-old kid sea otter pup who wears a blue T-shirt with the letter O in front, a black neckerchief and white briefs, and goes on so many adventures with his friends. His favorite instrument is a swanee whistle. His catchphrases are "Yip, yip, yip!", "Otter-rific!", "Hoop-dee-doo!", "Hooray!", "Shhh." and "Aha!" He loves to be a young secret spy and he loves to play with his friends and hum softly and is the leader of the spies, along with Rusty and Rosy Raccoon as his partners.
