Percy is a 0-4-0 Green Saddle tank engine, who works at the Farquhar branch line. He is one of the smallest standard gauge engines on the railway, and is often seen pulling the mail train. He is a youthful, cheeky, and vengeful engine, often getting quite angry when mistreated. He can also be sometimes a little naive, and also loves pulling pranks, often on the snobby big engines.
