Synopsis

Woody Jenkins, a former TV prankster whose career crumbled after a series of lawsuits, moves into a quiet apartment complex, hoping to start fresh. However, his grumpy and intolerant neighbor, Mr. Rottweiler, quickly becomes his worst enemy. When Rottweiler crosses the line, Woody assembles a team of pranksters to pull off the most elaborate, over-the-top revenge pranks ever seen. As the prank war escalates, the entire neighborhood gets caught in the chaos, and the battle of wits spirals into an all-out comedic showdown.
