Description of Tetsu Kobayakawa:

Better known as "Rolling Guy No. 1" back in Tokyo, he is the leader of the Rolling Guys. His car is a white heavily modified GT300-spec Toyota AE86 Trueno and he's gotten some experience from racing on the inner C1 Loop in Tokyo for quite a while, although he isn't exactly mentally strong.
