Description of Terrence Osgood:

A man of Australian descent, he had a tendency to race against ricers with a stock SUV (he often wins). He then formed an SUV-only gang by the name of Heavy Force after he got bored with defeating ricers. His SUV, a bright blue Volkswagen Touareg, is now far from stock, and his team easily upholds its reputation as the fastest SUV drivers in the city.
