Description of Wonder Spicer [Victor of the 38th Hunger Games] [District 1]:

The first product of Luster Lancaster's Career training, Wonder was trained-against his will-for the Games since the age of 11 in their facilities. Set in an arena of hot baking desert land and clay, Wonder proved himself a capable if not enthusiastic survivor, with a toll of six kills consisting of the female tributes from Districts 8 and 11 and the male tributes from Districts 3, 4, 5, and 11 in the finale. In the aftermath of the Games due to complex goings-on his boyfriend Scipio was not only murdered but his body dissected brutally. This devestated Wonder who turned to drugs and later committed suicide the year of the 47th Hunger Games, age 27.
