Description of Cerulea Larson [Victor of the 36th Hunger Games] [District 4]:

Cerulea was raised by her ship captain father in District 4 and was reaped-not volunteered-for the 36th Hunger Games. It was a dangerous time for Panem, with political tensions in the Capitol which the District 4 victors, including Mags Baxter-Dupont, worked to cool over; Cerulea joined the Career alliance and was promised sponsorship in exchange for her mentors political co-operation. In the Roman ruins arena, Cerulea-who had scored a 9-proved adept, only scoring two kills but staying far ahead of the Career pack. She became a victor after only 8 days but emerged to the troubling news of Panem's new President, one Coriolanus Snow. As of the 3rd Quarter Quell she is still alive, age 56.
