He achieved global stardom as the voice and physical performer behind the cybernetic ninja Genji Shimada in Blizzard Entertainment’s massive franchise Overwatch (2016) and its sequel Overwatch 2 (2022). A highly skilled martial artist with a background in Kendo and Kenjutsu, Space often performs his own stunts, which he demonstrated in his portrayal of Goki in the live-action series Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist (2014) and through his work in films like The Shake Up.
