Maya Rosalia was emerged in music at a very early age. She grew up with musical theater, oprera and classical music. When she began to take piano lessons at 6 years old, she began to improv her own songs instead of playing the ones written. In middle school she focused on releasing her pop singles “Confidence” and “Rerranged”. Confidence was influenced by the dance pop that Maya had been listening to at the time while Rearranged was an ode to the piano ballads that Maya first started writing, with a modern twist on the r & b production. In early 2021 she recorded and released “Big Mistake” a dark pop song. Maya recorded “March 13th 2020” which has released in early 2022. She was in a web series and a short film. Currently she is filming a feature film that was based on a dystopian novel.
