Synopsis

After being handed the shield in "Avengers: Endgame", Sam Wilson upholds the mantle of Captain America, while the nation comes to terms with the kind of hero it needs. When he finds himself in an all-out battle against President Thunderbolt Ross and his "Dark Avengers", Sam must recruit a team of his own to stop them from accessing a metal potentially stronger than vibranium.
