Description of Differences from the Movie We Got:
OK starting off small there would be only a few changes to Captain America one in this universe. 1. Heinrich Zemo will replace Heinz Kruger and have a larger role in the story to give Steve further and earlier motivation to go out and fight and to set up the Present-Day Helmut Zemo 2. I also want Cap to be fighting not just Hydra, but regular Nazis as well and to actually show the connection between those two evil groups. 3. This being the first film in the MCU will now set up the Tesseract and the Infinity Stones earlier while still keeping it a secret until the end of Phase 1.
