  • thecookieprincess @alabasteri Well, I was going to write that you could have cast a younger actor considering that as the father of the still 15-year-old Malik at the beginning he should be a bit younger(at the moment when he dies he is, for example, 40 years old), but in the end I think it is a good choice nevertheless considering that people in those days, especially those living in harsh conditions aged much faster, so there is a certain realism here.
