Description of “King Of Latveria” (Post Credit Scene):

In the city of Latveria, their monarch looks upon cities and nations in war. As footage from the fight between Wakanda and the humans gets leaked, he marks the nation as one of many cities needed of a new ruler. The monarch, Victor von Doom with a half cut in top of his eye, puts on a metal mask and leaves his quarters.
