First appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #14 in 1964 and was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Norman Osborn was the CEO of Oscorp Industries who invented a serum that made him stronger and smarter, but also drove him to insanity and subsequently becoming the Green Goblin, Spider-Man's archenemy.
