Description of 45th Hunger Games [Chaff Gordon, District 11]:

Chaff was rigged into the Games after killing District 11's loyalist mayor; he scored a 10 in his training session. In the frozen glaciers arena he formed an anti Career alliance with his District partner, the boys from 3 and 7 and the girl from 10. On the last day of the Games his hand was cut off by the girl from District 4 who also grieviously wounded his remaining ally, the boy from District 3. Chaff managed to overpower the Career girl nonetheless and was then forced to kill his good friend before being retrieved; this would contribute to his alcoholism. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 47 and an active member of the rebellion. Height; 6’5. Ethnicity; Nigerian-American.
