Reaped age 18 for the first ever Hunger Games, Lucius had been quite introverted prior to his victory and seen a great deal of violence during the first rebellion. He was reaped due to his parents being known deceased rebels, alongside his girlfriend. His final battle against the boy from District 4 saw him develop a taste for blood; he became the co-founder of the Career Academy of District 2 and mentored 2 victors with Alden Barton and Mjolnir Joriksson. He died in his sleep the year of the 66th Hunger Games aged 82.
