Description of 17th Hunger Games [Oceanus Selkirk, District 4]:

The 17th Hunger Games, set in a series of lagoons, were the second to include a Career alliance. Oceanus was a ruthless fighter, responsible for the deaths of both tributes from District 11, the girl from 7 and the boys from 1, 2 and 6 through his skills with a staff. Despite having been a volunteer he was not of direct loyalty to the Capitol so much as 4 itself and developed bouts of insomnia after the Games. 27 years after his victory he mentored the victor Marina Tritonia. Many many years after his Games he joined his mentor, Mags with the rebellion. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 76 in good health.
