Description of 13th Hunger Games [Stanley Kerilii, District 3]:

The 13th Games were the first to involve pre-Games training. Stanley was one of the friendlier victors and served as a father figure to Beetee/Wiress' generation and grandfather to Finnick/Johanna's. His Games were set at an abandoned factory during which he made 4 kills; the boys from 5 and 10 and both tributes from 1. A zealous member of the rebellion; as of 75 AR he is still alive age 78, in good health. Though he was romantically involved with fellow victor Hazel Dean until her death he discovered he was infertile aged 27. Stanley was raised Orthodox Jewish and has made great effort to gather together as many religious texts as possible from the old world.
