Batman is a few years into his career as a crime fighter. He gets a tip from Commissioner Gordon telling him about a new Mob Boss in Gotham, only known as Black Mask. Black Mask is working with the Falcone and Maroni crime families to create a single organised crime unit that will bring Gotham to its knees.
