Hi. I think another Spider-Man game is a great idea, but I don't think the game would be able to be played on Xbox, or Nintendo, as Spider-Man is owned by Sony, who owns PlayStation. The past Spider-Man games (Spider-Man, Miles Morales) have only been available on PlayStation 4 and 5 because of Sony's rights to Spider-Man. I'm sure there could be a game focussed on Marvel, but has Spider-Man aspects, levels, or characters, that could be available on Xbox and/or Nintendo. If the game is MCU based, however, there is a chance that it could be available on Xbox and Nintendo. From reading your post, I can see that the game is based on No Way Home, which is a Sony film. br
