Main fighters:
- John Kramer (Saw)
- Captain Spaulding (House of 1000 corpses)
- Marcus Fenix (Gears of war)
- Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal)
- Bayonetta
- Blackheart (Marvel comics)
- Red Hood (DC comics)
- Sauron (Lord of the rings)
- Selene (Underworld)
- Wolverine or X-23 (Marvel comics)
Kameo fighters:
- Frank the bunny (Donnie Darko)
- Reegan Mcgail (The exorcist)
- T-600 (Terminator)
- Shredder (TMNT)
- Darth Vader (Star Wars)
- Aqua
- Ruby
- Oniro
- Nimbus Terrafaux

Ps: I think Wolverine and X-23 would only have dialogues comparing them to Baraka and Mileena.

I have some ideas for variants for some characters if they had been in Mortal Kombat x or MK11
*John Kramer: Variant 1: Murderer (He uses his blade and a revolver) Variant 2: twisted engineer (Allow John to use some ranged traps) Variant 3: Bloody Game (John controls Billy the puppet as a remote bomb)
*Captain Spaulding: Variant 1: Cutter (He uses a knife and only melee attacks) Variant 2: Freakshow (Spaulding use a revolver for mid range attacks) Variant 3: Family spirit (Otis and Baby appear as support during combat helping to extend combos at various ranges)
*Sauron: Variant 1: Dark lord (Sauron uses His maze and sword) Variant 2: Tar Mairon (Sauron receives support from orcs and several nazgul) Variant 3: One ring (Sauron can increase his strength, speed and be invisible)
*Marcus Fenix: Variant 1: Cog (Marcus uses His Lancer for keep distance or melee attacks) Variant 2: Gear (Marcus uses His Gnasher and Throwing grenades) Variant 3: Dawn (Marcus can use a hammer of dawn, only having a certain Time to throw the hammer)
