It was a topic done by at least two members on here a few years ago as an idea of what a The Beatles biopic or series would be like. But it is finally happening as director Sam Mendes has plans to make four separate movies (one from each Beatles member's point of view.) The films will intersect in telling the band's story leading to their 1970 breakup. According to a press release, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and the families of the late John Lennon and George Harrison have already granted full life story and music rights for the scripted films scheduled for release in 2027.
