I think it would be an interesting opportunity for Broadway to make musicals based on iconic horror franchises like Nightmare, Texas Chainsaw, Halloween or Friday the 13th, but I think the big problem would be whether it is necessary to recreate the deaths from the movies, since they are probably low-budget musicals.
