Just popped in this evening to check my notifs and saw that there's... Some kind of live chatbot in the corner of the site now? Is that supposed to be a new site feature?

I think so, kinda annoying to always have it be in the bottom right corner of the screen. Should just be a drop down and click panel in the navigation bar or something.

Definitely is. I don't know why they installed it either :/ best guess is that this might be the staff's answer to the complaints about lack of general staff accessibility but that's only a theory.

EDIT: dunno if it's only on my end but it seems like it got taken down?? That was a weird two hours.
