Yeah that's just one of them bots/people from a scam group trying to promote their scam/fraud on this website. This had been happening since the past few weeks and even months (October was one of the worse case involving those ad spammers)

Fyi, that user have closed their account, but you might have to worry about them potentially creating clone accounts.
